Life has plenty of challenges — we’ve experienced many this year alone. Last week was a super difficult one for me. But, it’s how we deal with the downside that makes a difference. How we manage the sadness and stress and upset can add meaning and depth to our life experience. We can use our difficult feelings to motivate us and build resilience. And there are plenty of ways to do it well. In this episode, I’ll offer some of the things I’ve been trying. They might help you too.
