They look to diffuse–or even avoid conflict. The upside is highly agreeable people are supportive colleagues and friends. The downside, they might have to work a little harder to take care of themselves, hold boundaries, and be assertive when necessary. In this episode, we cover some ways you can manage your agreeable tendencies as part of our continuing discussion of the Big 5. Remember, we are all wired with some degree of these traits to begin with, but we can nurture and improve on others. This is all part of being human.
