Choose a New Monday MIndset
If you dread Monday you are not alone. In fact, our Monday reticence often leaves us feeling low on Sunday.
Polly was feeling all of this and decided to change things up. She wasn’t ready to give up 52 days a year to feeling bad on Mondays. After researching some of the factors that cause us to dread the day–lack of schedule autonomy is a big one–and some of the tips to get through, she’ll share how these schedule tweaks have helped her feel better.
A couple of things she does differently? Well, she no longer looks at her to-do list over the weekend and she schedules fewer tasks on Monday and at least one thing she is excited about.
