Today, I’m joined by Roger Gagnon, and we’re talking about the Good, Bad, and Ugly sides of Leadership. Roger is a former U.S. Navy surface warfare officer who currently serves as the nuclear safety engineer for the U.S. Navy’s Strategic Systems Program. More importantly, he is my long-time friend. Roger was my roommate in college, my shipmate in the Navy, and the best man at my wedding. Roger has served in dozens of leadership roles throughout his military and business career. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of leadership.
