His work on community building and leadership is used to advise and develop programs within some of the world’s most influential organizations, including Google, Airbnb, Twitch (Amazon), ServiceNow, and Meetup. He is a regular guest lecturer at Yale University and a founding member of the Google Vitality Lab. Charles holds an M.Div. from Yale, where he studied religion, ethics, and business as a Jesse Ball duPont Foundation scholar.
