#0270 – How to Overcome Obstacles with Bob Pearce

Today, I’m joined by Bob Pearce, and we’re talking about How to Overcome Obstacles. Bob joined the British Army as a 16-year-old apprentice, was commissioned before his 20th birthday, and left 37 years later as a Colonel in the Royal Logistic Corps. He has commanded soldiers in training organizations, NATO deployments, and at war. He completed the All Arms Commando Course at the young age of 37. He has a master’s degree in Leadership and Management and a master’s in Corporate Governance, in which he is now studying for a PhD. He is the author of How to Climb a 12 Foot Wall: Ten Military Lessons in Leadership, where he shares his unique leadership experiences that apply to all walks of life. I’m excited to have him on the show to learn How to Overcome Obstacles.
