#0257 – The Power of Latino Leadership with Dr. Juana Bordas

Today, I’m joined by Dr. Juana Bordas, and we are talking about the Power of Latino Leadership. Juana is a pioneer and thought leader in the study of leadership, diversity, and organizational change. She was an advisor to Harvard’s Hispanic Journal, the Kellogg National Fellows, a trustee of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and the International Leadership Association. The second edition of her award-winning book, The Power of Latino Leadership: Culture, Inclusion, and Contribution, was published earlier this year. In this book, Dr. Bordas examines how demographics and several other factors are positioning Latinos to be leaders in this century. She addresses how people of all ages can form partnerships and work together to build a more viable future. I’m excited to have her on the show to talk about the demographic shifts occurring in the labor market and what we can all learn from the Power of Latino Leadership.
