Rob is a TEDx speaker and top leadership coach whose insights about toxic leadership, mindset, and finding purpose in life have created impactful change for leaders. Rob co-hosts the Leadership Launchpad Project with Susan. Both Susan & Rob are team sports athletes as well. Susan competed in hockey, and Rob in water polo.
